Our membership system QMem shows you your best members and your worst. It is linked to Microsoft Word for mailmerges and allows you to take charge of your membership database. It uses plastic card based magnetic swipes, bar-code swipes, numeric keypad entry or proximity card recording. Each is an option with QMem!
It has the following features:
Show members who have visited the most
- e.g. Three Tuesday afternoons last month
Show members who have stopped visiting
- e.g. not visited on a Wednesday evening in the last two weeks
Combine visits and non visits
- e.g. Members who used to visit regularly but who have stopped visiting
Report on daily visit statistics
Show active membership (show those members who have visited more than once)
Very user friendly for non technical users

Our customer’s membership requirements have come in many shapes, sizes and flavours. You may wish to use plastic cards with a magnetic stripe on the back to swipe on entry to your premises. Alternatives are insert readers for magnetic stripe or smart cards, bar codes or proximity cards – each of which operate with QMem the membership application from Q Services.
