Membership requirements are satisfied by QMem - which is in use at a number of clubs in England, Wales and Northern Ireland - the Loyalty system provided by Q Services records visits and spend so that frequency and patterns can be analysed and members contacted via direct mail.

In order to understand who your loyal customers are we use hardware and software. The hardware is a swipe reader device located by your Point of Sale. The software collects the data and sends it to a server where it can be combined with data from other readers into a database that you can use to show who buys what.

Customer loyalty programmes can be initiated via the LoyaltyBox product which exists in 3 steps.

  • The first step – “Step 1” provides you with the ability to record customer spend per visit
  • Step 2 contains all the functions of Step 1 and adds the ability to record the actual products purchased
  • Step 3 contains all functions of Step 2 and 1 and adds the ability to understand and grade your customers.

While the second step in the Loyalty-Box is to recognise what products are being purchased, the third step allows you to define characteristics for your customers so that you can set “traits” according to both financial as well as “fluffy” highly subjective headings and thus see your top 10 customers (your ‘A’ customers) as well as your poorly performing ones (the ‘D’ customers)!
