View Full In 2007, Q Services were tasked with creating a bespoke application to help a local call handling company to record their messages and make their back office processes efficient. The application (QPhone) "pops" a screen showing details about the client, a script and the named contacts so that the telephone message can be saved, emailed, SMS texted or spoken to the client immediately. Our client needed a number of enhancements to the application so that they can cope better with their increased workloads following successfully gaining a number of new customers. Back
